What I Do

Story is strategy, and strategy, story.

My philosophy is simple: a good story starts with structure. I founded Bone Sparrow Content with the belief that every project, like a bird, needs a strong skeleton to soar. Whether I’m managing a print magazine, developing a longform editorial strategy, or shaping a manuscript from the inside out, I focus on details that make the story durable and strongly felt—structure first, then light, then soul.

With years of experience in journalism, content management, editing, and publishing, I take a multifaceted, hands-on approach to every assignment, whether it's for the web, B2B, B2C, a manuscript, or a print magazine. I’m particularly passionate about print because I believe in its pace—slower, steadier, more intentional. A well-made publication is a quiet luxury and an invitation to engage.

Through Bone Sparrow Content, I lead editorial and content projects for a wide range of clients across publishing, hospitality, the arts, and business. Some of my current client work includes serving as Editorial Director for The Business Executive Network, where I create and art direct [C] Vietnam, a quarterly magazine focused on finance, AI, steward leadership, hospitality, and marketing. I also write for Cigar & Spirits as Senior Journalist, with a focus on travel, tech, lifestyle, food and drink, and longform profiles of public figures and industry leaders.

In the arts sector, I work closely with French fine artist Réhahn. Together, we created The Curator, a magazine dedicated to fine art, the creative process, and art history. Our collaboration spans multiple books and includes The Precious Heritage Project book, which explores the artist’s decade-long initiative documenting Vietnam’s 54+ ethnic groups through photography and research-driven storytelling.

I’ve also produced editorial content for Accor, most recently for Hotel des Arts in Ho Chi Minh City, where the focus is on connecting hospitality with creativity and design. In the academic publishing world, I’ve contributed to Bloomsbury Press on an upcoming global encyclopedia of women in architecture, a project that aims to spotlight both historic trailblazers and contemporary innovators.

Alongside my client work, I’ve spent the past five years teaching at EMLV – École de Management Léonard De Vinci in Paris. My courses—cross-cultural management, argumentation and rhetoric, and organisational behaviour—explore not just how we lead, but how we listen, persuade, and coexist. My students come from all over the world, and the classroom is a place where I try to help them sharpen their ideas, challenge assumptions, and learn to communicate with clarity and nuance.

Educated in the United States and the UK—BFA from CalArts, Master’s from the University of Oxford—and fluent in both English and French, I operate between cultures, time zones, disciplines, and mediums. My work is rooted in the belief that thoughtful storytelling—whether in print, in class, or on the record—is one of the strongest forms of influence.
